The Burch & Stanley attorneys at law Student of the week for 11 December 2015 is Ashley Meadows. Ashley is in eighth grade at Coffee County Middle School in Manchester. She is the daughter of proud parents Vanessa and Ronald. She was nominated and selected to receive this award because she is positive and energetic, always ready to put her best effort forth regardless of the assignment. She sets a positive example for all her classmates. Ashley is also a great citizen and is helpful to both fellow students and teachers. Ashley’s favorite subject is math because she states she enjoys working with numbers and she’s always had great teachers who always kept her interested and made the subject fun. She plays trumpet in her school band and is a member of 4H. Ashley is also a member of an MTSU college prep group. She also enjoys the performing arts and has held a role in the last several years of school play’s. Because of her love of numbers she hopes to become either an architect or due to her interest in science, a microbiologist some day. She did say that is still far off and those things could always change. Ashley was presented with a plaque (courtesy of K&S Trophies of Tullahoma) and a set of tickets to an up-coming Nashville Predators game.
