Robert Franklin Alley, age 22 of Manchester, Tennessee passed away, Saturday, November 7, 2015. Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday, November 12 at 11 AM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with Rev. Howard Carroll officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Mill Cemetery in Manchester. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, November 11, 2015 from 5 – 8 PM.
A native of Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Richard and Eileen Alley of Manchester. He enjoyed helping others, especially those in need. He loved to sing and listen to music and enjoyed being outdoors. He also enjoyed skateboarding.
He was preceded in death by grandfather, Richard Merryman; grandparents, Edward C. and Ruth Alley Sr and sister, Bonnie Tilley.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandparents, Beatrice and Edward Alley; two brothers, Christopher Alley of Manchester and Kevin Acton and his wife, Brandi of Edgewood, MD; sister, Jennifer Richardson of Tullahoma; girlfriend, Audrey Mosley of Morrison; special little friend, Kaitlyn and many nieces and nephews.
