7/11/15 —- Billy “Earl” Tuck
Billy “Earl” Tuck passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Harton Regional Medical Center.
Earl was a machinist at A.E.D.C. and was Vice President and Chief Steward of the International Association of Machine and Aerospace Workers Local Lodge 1501, and was very proud of his union participation.
Earl was a loving grandfather and was adored by his grand children. He was dedicated to his family and always fulfilled his role as the leader. Earl was also an avid Harley rider.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Margie “Jackie” Tuck.
The family request that memorial donations be made to Guide dogs of America, 13445 Glenoaks Blvd., Sylmar, CA 91342.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Caroline Tuck, father, Orville Tuck, children, Sheena Tuck and her fiancé Justin Todd, Dillon Tuck and his significant other, Aubrey Morrison, Rebecca (Derek) Swiger, Christie (Josh) Curtis, sister, Karen (Jeff) Reaves, grandchildren, Tyler Meeks, Zech Swiger, Jaxon Todd, Allie Swiger, Will Swiger, Matt Swiger, Sofia Todd, Levi Todd, nephew, Derek (Amy) Tipps, great nephew, Konner Tipps and a multitude of loving extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held Saturday July 11, 2015 at 11:00 am at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.

7/10/15 — Mary Sue Brassfield Henley
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Sue Brassfield Henley, age 93 of Manchester will be conducted at 2:00pm, Friday, July 10, 2014 at the Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Allen Adams officiating.
Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers will be Shane Henley, Jeffery Walker, Greg Keeling, Jeremy Garner, Billy Oliver, Scott Vaughn and Jeremy Woods.
Visitation with the Henley family will be from 5 pm until 8 pm, Thursday at Manchester Funeral Home.
Mrs. Henley passed this life Tuesday, July 7 following and extended illness.
Mrs. Henley was born in Hillsboro Tennessee the daughter of the late Luther William Brassfield and Vena Myers Brassfield. She worked for 57 years with her husband in the family business, Henley Equipment Company, Henley Grain and the Conklin Company. Sue was a faithful member of the Main Street Church of Christ in Manchester. Mrs. Henley enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid gardener. It was said that she was the “Best Cook” in Coffee County. She was also a 4-H Leader and a member of the Home Demonstration Club for many years. In 1994, she along with her husband Wilson were awarded the very first “Spirit of Conklin Award” from the Conklin Company where she and Wilson were regional sales directors. In addition to her parents, Sue was also preceded in death by three sisters, Mrs. Jessie Mae Oliver, Mrs. Thursie Bynum and Mrs. Pauline Camack, and by a brother, Mr. Speaker Brassfield.

Mrs. Marie Pratt, age 93, of Tullahoma, passed away Tuesday evening at Harton Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Moore Co., TN to the late Daniel and Nannie Lee Wagoner Gray. She is also preceded in death by her husband, George Pratt.
Mrs. Pratt requested that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. 
She is survived by a daughter, Janet Coulson, grandchildren, Jennifer Bush and her fiancé Eric Shelly, Shannon Wrisner and her husband Brandon, great grandchildren, Xander Bush and Houston Wrisner.
Graveside services for Mrs. Pratt will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

Christopher Darnell Young 43, of Shelbyville passed Sunday, July 5, 2015 at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville, TN.
He was the son of Inez McClain Young and the late Thomas Franklin Young, Sr.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rev. Willie D. Young, Sr and Annie D. Young and Grant McClain and Naomi McClain Trice.

Mary Lillian Hodgetts Sons, 89, of Winchester passed away on July 6, 2015 at Willows of Winchester following a brief illness.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the Chapel of Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
Mary, the daughter of the late Sydney and Edith Hodgetts was born in Birmingham, England on January 27, 1926.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one son, Wayne Sons and a daughter, Rosemarie Sons.
A homemaker, Mary loved to knit, quilt, read, watch old movies, garden and cook. She also enjoyed her hot cup of tea on a regular basis.
Mary is survived by her son, Roy Sons and wife Brenda of Winchester; grandchildren, Roy Sons, Jr. and wife Hope, Jamie Sons and wife Lori, Jeff Sons and wife Staci and Rachel Barnett and husband David; great-grandchildren, Kirsten, Jessie, Sydney and Jake Sons; Sasha Frazier, Caden and Theron Sons, Ty Bogman and Shelby Barnett; great-great grandchildren, Natalie, Nathan and Braston Sons.

7/9/15 —- BOBBY HUE MILLER
BOBBY HUE MILLER, age 74, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life Monday, July 6, 2015, peacefully at his residence.
Mr. Miller was born on October 11, 1940 in Cannon County, TN to the late Luther and Janie (Rogers) Miller.
Before retirement, Mr. Miller was employed by Coca-Cola where he was a pre-mixer. He was a member of the Christian Lighthouse Church in Tullahoma, TN and also, played the bass guitar for several gospel groups.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his sisters; Wynonna Prince and Wanda Partin.
He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Martha Miller of Estill Springs, Tenn., daughter, Teresa Golden and her husband, Tim of Tullahoma, Tenn., son, Troy Miller and his wife, Angie of Readyville, Tenn., step-daughter, Shannon Edwards of Winchester, Tenn., grandchildren, Dusty (Pam) Griffin, Alicia (Chris) Bewley, Steven (Kaycee) Edwards, great-grandchildren; Ethan Griffin and Kyrstyn Arthur.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015, from 4:00 P.M – 8:00 P.M. at Grant Funeral Services.
Services will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Bobby Watkins, officiating.

Terri Johnson Malloy 50, of Murfreesboro passed July 5, 2015 at Alive Hospice in Nashville.
She was the daughter of the late Percy Johnson, Jr and Anna Lee Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her father, Percy Johnson, Jr and Aunt Miriam Louise Johnson and Aunt Alberta Peterson.

7/10/15 —— Patricia Ann Willard Barkve
Mrs. Patricia Ann Willard Barkve age 69, of Tullahoma, passed away Friday evening at Harton Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Murfreesboro, TN to the late Wiseman and Aline Bragg Willard.
Pat formerly worked for the Gupta’s here in Tullahoma, Harton Hospital and Medical Center of Manchester.
She is survived by her husband, Jerold Barkve, daughter, Cheryl Nelson, son, Eddie Barkve, sisters, Margie Robinson, Emogene Bellenfant, brothers, Wendal, Aubry and Samuel Willard, and grandchildren, Matthew Barkve, Jacob, Jared and Joshua Nelson.
Funeral services for Mrs. Barkve will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Friday at Tullahoma Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday afternoon at Windrow Cemetery in Rockvale, TN.

7/11/15 —- Judith Ann Dingus Coe
Judith Ann Dingus Coe, beloved wife of Richard Coe, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2015 after a prolonged illness.
Judy was born on September 19, 1944 in El Paso Texas to Lt. Col. (USAF, Ret) Hubert and Edith Mosier Dingus.
At the age of 10 years old, Judy showed an early glimpse into what would be a lifelong acumen, intelligence and wisdom while navigating the journey from Kingsport, TN to San Francisco, CA as the family traveled through harsh winter weather to meet their father and husband recently stationed in Tokyo, Japan. In later years her children and grandchildren would have many laughs listening to Judy and her siblings sing the official song of Tokyo’s Yoyogi Elementary School.
While living at Edwards Air Force Base in southern California, Judy met a young Airman named Richard. Their 51 year marriage started with “the right stuff” with a wedding attended by a host of test pilots and early astronauts and music at the reception performed by Danny Thomas.
Judy spent years raising two strong independent children and volunteering time at her church and other community centers. Judy was an avid reader, crossword aficionado, and family historian, who was active in her children’s and family’s lives. Judy was also a fan of University of Louisville athletics after both her children graduated from the school. She particularly loved watching Louisville basketball.
Loved by many, admired by all she will be greatly missed.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband Richard of Tullahoma, TN, daughter Jennifer Coe, of Louisville, KY, son Christopher (Suzy) Coe and grandchildren Katy and Landon Coe, of Tullahoma, sister Sherry (Earl) Schneider of Spring Hill, TN and brother Michael (Patty) Dingus of Bluffton, SC. Judy also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be at the First Presbyterian Church in Tullahoma, TN Saturday, July 11th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with the service following.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to the First Presbyterian Youth Group, 204 East Grundy Street, Tullahoma, TN 37388.

Mrs. Sheila A. Beck, age 48 passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 at Harton Regional Medical Center.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 6, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be Monday, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM
Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie Lafevers and Donna Waller Lafevers and one sister, Sylvia Lafevers.
She is survived by one daughter, Jessica Beck of Tullahoma; one son, Justin Beck of Tullahoma; one sister, Susan Brock and husband Alton of Lewisburg and one grandchild, Bella Beck.
Sheila was of the Baptist faith, she lived in Tullahoma many years and worked at the Snowwhite Laundry . She enjoyed swimming, playing Bingo and listening to all types of music. She loved all flowers but her favorite was roses.
